We see life as one fluid experience where you do not compartmentalize work/family/social life, etc. The work that we do in the area of real estate is just an extension of who we are as a family.
We each have a personal story as to how real estate impacted our life. Our mission is to help people who found themselves in some sort of low. Whether we are at home, at church, at work, or on the street the mission is the same: Look for opportunities to be a blessing to others. When we help people who are losing their property because of unpaid taxes, we also create a source of income for our own family.
I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 38 years! We have two wonderful children and seven fabulous grandchildren!
My journey in the real estate business began at very early age. I was exposed to real estate when my dad bought a house from a relative who was facing foreclosure. I remember spending nights and weekends with my dad as we refurbished the home. Later I learned that my dad had made a profit of $4000 just on that one house compared to his $3600 annual income from his full-time job in the 1960's.
I was hooked. Out of college, I purchased my first home in Santa Barbara, California. It's been such a great investment for my family that I have lost track of how many homes we have bought and sold. For 40 years, I have been blessed to be able to work alongside my family in many areas of the real estate business and I have found that the Pre-Tax Sale market is the one market that I consistently find great deals. We created a system that makes the process more manageable, which means high productivity for everyone.
I am the son of Cal and Mary Roberts. I have been happily married for 13 years and have two boys and one girl.
Like my dad, I was exposed to the real estate business at a young age. I always was intrigued by what my Dad did for a living. As a kid, one of my favorite memories was going through all of the old items that were left over. It was like a huge scavenger hunt where you never knew what you were going to find. I loved every minute of it. I never imagined that I would grow up and eventually make it my profession.
I went on to college, graduating from Fresno State (California State University Fresno) with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. Business is my passion. I love being able to see a need in the marketplace and instinctively know how to fill it with ten plausible solutions. I have come to understand and respect the business aspect of real estate. It has great potential for entrepreneurs who are looking to make an investment. I know that for my family and I, we have seen both an emotional and financial reward.
I am Cal & Mary’s daughter. I have been happily married for 17 years. I have four precious sons, leaving me the only girl in the house, which I thoroughly enjoy.
I grew up with fond memories of helping my dad. I specifically remember driving all over the town looking at various properties. We would use a large paper map to keep track of all of the homes. Even though I loved the process, I would have never imagined that one day I would make this MY profession. We have developed a system that is much more efficient and productive than a paper map. Technology has really pushed this market to a new level.
My brother Ryan and I are kindred spirits. I too, have a passion for business which is one of the reasons I decided to join the team. I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit since I was young. I love the excitement and adventure that comes with working in real estate. It’s also very fun to be able to work alongside great people who I get to call my family.
I have been friends with the Roberts family for over 20 years so when the door opened up for me join their business, I considered it an honor.
I am known as the "tech guy" at Tax Riches. I have been coding and playing with computers ever since I can remember. I'm the type of person that will learn something for fun. At the time, I didn't know how much of it would be useful to me but now I am using what I learned all those years to offer something revolutionary in the real estate business.
Working here is like a dream job - I get to put all my skills to use and learn new ones. I work with an incredible family and team that lets me be me. Life is good.
